RETURN POLICY

Returns are easy at TEFAT(R). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We cover return shipping for these cases. Some items, including final sale or clearance products, cannot be returned. Please check your order confirmation for any restrictions.
